Design Professionals. Use your company-affiliated email address and an approval process will follow to verify your status as a qualifying architect, designer, or industry professional. To note: Registering with a public domain email address (such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc.), or a shared company email address (such as info@, designer@, etc.) will delay the approval process.
Manufacturers and Brand Reps. If you are a current brand partner or represent one or more brand partners, use your company-affiliated email address. To note: If you're not a current brand partner and want to become one, you can learn more here.
Students and Faculty. Use your university-affiliated email address.

Boards provide organizational and collaboration tools for saving, tagging, and viewing materials for your projects. You can layer in Inspiration images as well as upload your own to enrich your board's story. Create custom tags, collaborate with colleagues for input and review, export product details, and once you're ready, you can quickly sample your entire board, all in one box, overnight. To note: Collaboration is limited to Material Bank members.
Desk is an intuitive tool that allows you to easily create interactive palettes. Search materials directly inside of Desk to add to your palette, pull in items saved to your boards including Inspiration images, and upload your own media, like photos and videos, to fully convey your design story. With the capability to live present, Desk is also a way for designers and reps to communicate, share, and export. For example, a rep can present their newest collection, or a designer can present their digital palette.

Limitations do exist for certain order quantities and materials. We ask our members to sample responsibly to protect from the negative environmental impact of unneeded sampling that results in both excess waste to landfills and excess carbon emissions from multiple shipments. Visit the Order History page and select the "Cancel" button next to your recent order. To support overnight delivery, there is a short cancellation window of 15 minutes. Yes, Brand Partners are sent your order details and contact information for reps to follow-up with you. This helps design professionals and brands easily connect on project needs.
We recommend that you contact a Brand Rep for these requests. They'll be able to provide you with personalized support based upon your firm's specific needs. If you do not have an assigned Brand Rep for the brand you are interested in, please contact us at support-eu@materialbank.com, and we will arrange an introduction for you.

Material Bank’s Inbox keeps all of your communications in one place. Designers can easily reach the right brand reps when they need them, and reps enjoy a simpler way of managing their follow ups with designers. You'll also find a "Contact Rep" button on product detail pages and your order history page making it simple to send a message to your Rep.
Open the Inbox & Rep Directory from your account menu or by clicking the message icon on the navigation bar. Search and filter for brand reps by using the search bar or selecting a letter from the ABC menu. From there, you can choose "All," "Assigned," or "Favorites."
You're automatically matched to your regional brand rep for each brand based on your profile address. To change your Assigned Rep, go to the Inbox & Rep Directory, search for your desired brand rep, open their profile page, and select "Set as Assigned."
Assigned Reps are auto assigned based upon your account location and might not always align with your preferences or existing relationships. We suggest reviewing your Assigned Reps in the Inbox & Rep Directory to ensure you are connected to the brand rep you work with most frequently.
Material Bank ships all orders to you for free overnight, using either FedEx International Priority Express or Chronopost Chrono 10, depending on your geographical location.
Most items on Material Bank are in stock and can ship overnight. If a sample is not in stock, the request will be fulfilled directly by the brand within one to five business days. Look for the checkmark icon displaying on in-stock items.
No, you are not able to change the shipping address of an order after it has been submitted. If you need to change an address, you can cancel your order within 15 minutes by selecting the "Cancel" button on the Order History page. After canceling, you can quickly recreate the order by clicking "Select All", then "Add to Cart". Be sure to edit the address before re-submitting. You and your organization have access to this information as a result of agreeing to the Standard Terms and Conditions detailed in your Brand Partner Agreement. These terms state this confidential information shall not be distributed or shared with others outside of your organization or with any of your affiliate companies.
