    • Properties

  • Fire rating: ASTM E84 Class A / CAN UL 102 / Euroclass B-s1, d0 (option Euroclass A2-s1, d0)
  • Indoor environmental quality: VOC classification A+ (a product emitting very little or no VOCs) of our products, sealers & glue = our products composed of inert matter do not alter the quality of the air.
  • Red List: our products do not contain any of the harmful chemicals listed on the Red List
  • Sealer: 2 levels of sealers against dust & stain
  • Easy to clean: washable with water = no chemicals.

    • Panbeton® collection highlights

  • Very large panel size: standard size 102.36’’ x 35.43’’ x 0.79’’ / 2600*900*20 mm. Bigger sizes available depending on designs
  • 40+ different patterns created in collaboration with internationally known designers
  • Lightweight and easy to install (glued)
  • Easy to cut to size (diamond blade)
  • Can be customized: colors, pattern, logos inlays.

    • Recycling & environment

  • Concrete used for our panels can be recycled through industrial recycling.
  • Panbeton® construction panel composed of 25% preconsumer content
  • Panbeton® total recycled content = 6% pre-consumer
  • Materials reuse: due to their extensive life expectancy, Panbeton® can be salvaged or reused during renovation of a building
  • The sealant protecting the surface of the panels applied at the factory is water based, silicone and solvent free and 80 to 100% biodegradable.
  • The only wastes to manage are generated by our packaging consisting 90% wood and cardboard products, non-polluting and readily recyclable.
  • Trees planted every year with EcoTree: a French startup who buys back damaged, decimated or devastated forests to restore them. Concrete LCDA participates in the renewal of forests, the compensation of waste and the conservation of biodiversity.
