Attention to Detail
Inspection begins in Italy, where dye lot cuttings are scrutinized for proper thickness, color, hand and finish characteristics. We have invested in advanced equipment to continue the inspection process at our corporate headquarters, located in Buffalo, New York. Upon arrival, hides are measured using a computerized measuring machine that scans the entire hide and confirms accurate square footage.
Quality Assurance
To further assist customers, detailed records are kept for every dye lot, including the total square footage, average hide size and the number of hides available. We strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, unmarked and uncut hides may be returned for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
